Daughter of the Roses

This was about a beautiful girl, who was adored by everyone. what they didn't know was, that she had lost her beloved parents in a war. eventually, word got out of her beauty, and a greedy prince proposed to her, forcing her hand. she was sick of it, of life itself. the prince had given her 1 day to accept, and she spent the last of her free hours at the graves of her parents. suddenly, voices called her name. her tears ran down her face, since the voices were of her parents. she knew what to do, and lay down on the cold, unforgiving ground, and dreamt, dreamt about a time where she and her parents were together, happy for eternity. the next morning, when the prince arrived, the girl was never found again. but, some say, where the girl was laying, there bloomed the most beautiful and lovely rose of all.
